📖 Edge Case Field Guide
Scheduled — Appointment booked to you in Zoho. Adds to your pool. Use this first every time.
Kept — Grad showed up, appointment completed by you. Earns a point AND counts toward your percentage. Best outcome.
No-show / Needs Rescheduled — Grad didn't show, OR appointment still sitting unresolved. Both hit your negative status report and ding your percentage. Use this for either. Can become Recovered later if they reschedule back to you and keep it.
Recovered — A previous no-show got rescheduled back to YOU and was kept in the same month. Clears the percentage hit. Only use if the original was logged as No-show here first. Does NOT earn a point — just saves your percentage.
Exempt — Poof, gone, never counted. Use for: position closed · grad declined · WFH no-show · rescheduled to someone else (their name is on it now, not yours, so it won't appear in your report at all).
Rescheduled to someone else? — Hit Exempt. Your name leaves the record in Zoho, so it won't pull on your reports at all. You don't get the point, but it won't ding your percentage either.
Percentage math — Kept ÷ (Scheduled − Exempt). Recovered no-shows count as Kept. Need 85% or above to meet quota.
Points math — Apps + Assessments. 100 pts = quota met. You only earn points when YOU complete the appointment.
Can I meet quota two ways? — Yes! 100 pts OR 85% rate. You only need one, but both track here so you always know where you stand.
Can I earn points AND percentage at the same time? — Yes! A kept appointment earns 1 point AND helps your percentage. Log Scheduled first, then Kept, then your point.
